Return & Exchange Policy


Return Window


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


To qualify for a return:




  • Items must be unused and unworn


  • Items must be in original packaging


  • Proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:




  • Earrings that have been worn


  • Customized or personalized jewelry


  • Final sale or clearance items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.


We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if approved.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected:




  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method


  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
